Job Title:   System Engineer Division:    Systems and Software Engineering Location:   Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD Applicants must be a US citizen and possess a ADD IN SECURITY CLEARANCE level security clearance.  POSITION SUMMARY The Maintenance Engineer (ME) is responsible for Review of Maintenance Allocation Charts (MAC),Level of Repair Analysis (LORA), Previsioning Parts List (PPL), Repair Parts and Special tools Listing (RPSTL), Item Unique Identification (IUID) plans/label's, Technical Manuals (TM), Statements of Work for maintenance issues that need to be captured, Obsolesce Management, Engineering Change Proposals (ECP), development of trip reports and critically items to be sent to leadership, develops a Core Depot Assessment (CDA), supports a Private Public Partnership between the Depot and Contractor, assignment of Nation Stock Numbers (NSN) for new parts that need to be requisitioned, and tracks maintenance issues in the field along with recommendations for fixes or rational of the failure.   The ME participates in Critical Design Reviews (CDR), Failure Review Boards, Preliminary Design Reviews (PDR), TM verification, Provisioning conferences, Program Reviews, ECP, and workings with Integrated Logistics Support center (ILSC) for transition of systems in sustainment.

Job Title:       Field Engineer Job Location:   Ft. Campbell, KY Job Location: Employees are required to reside within 50 miles of duty location. Aberdeen Proving Ground (APG) MD, Scofield Barracks HI, Fort Carson CO, Fort Polk LA, Fort Drum NY, Fort Bragg NC, Fort Campbell KY, JBLM WA, Fort Bliss TX.     All candidates must be a US citizen and possess a Secret /SCI level security clearance. Job Summary   Serve as focal point and subject matter expert for the Program Manager Tactical Networks as a Field Systems Engineer in support for PdM Network Modernization, INC 1, INC 2, and SATCOM networks. Identify and report problems and discrepancies to the Project Manager (PM) or headquarters functional managers. Recommend resolutions when unable to resolve problems. Manage and document systems configurations, trouble incidents, test procedures, and test execution/results. Be able to configure, validate and test any Tactical Networks systems delivered to units. Exercise technical leadership to obtain agreement on required actions, schedules and the resolution of conflicting points of view concerning support operations and Tactical Networks systems. Coordinate system development tasks with other program System Engineering leads based on integration challenges and/or new requirements. Provide systems engineering oversight of the development of development and testing of SATCOM systems, baseband networking equipment, and software development. Coordinate across the embedded support team to obtain concurrence and to implement plans of action to accomplish PM objectives. Represent the PM Tactical Network at planning conferences conducted by the Unit or other organizations. Collaborate with leadership and representatives from stakeholder organizations at all levels in order to coordinate and/or integrate PM operations and objectives. Develop and present briefings as required unit personnel regarding current status of Systems Engineering and Network Architecture planning, and/or test efforts. Support network planning, network set up, configuration, troubleshooting and testing as well as teardown. Job Title:   Network Engineer Division:    SSE Location:   Ft. Detrick, MD Applicants must be a US citizen and possess a SECRET level security clearance.  POSITION SUMMARY   The PM Tactical Network/PdM Mission Network Core Group will serve as mid-level shift personnel on a Network Team to perform the daily tasks and network functions at the Global Agile Integrated Transport (GAIT) Network Support Center (NSC).   The candidates must be fully knowledgeable in the PM Tactical Network tactical terminals routing, switching, and firewalls management from a planning, implementation and troubleshooting perspective. The GAIT NSC Network Team is based out of the Fort Detrick, Maryland (Fredrick Maryland) area. This Team operates as a component of the larger GAIT NSC Team on a 24 x 7 x 365 basis. GAIT is a colorless (transport) MPLS network that connects each of the Army Regional Hub Nodes (RHNs), multiple DoD Teleports (SATCOM only), and other points of presence together in support of a global tactical network. This network supports the U.S. Army in training, contingency and operational missions on a global scale. GAIT enable’s Commanders to set the conditions of the operational environment and has enormous impact on Battlespace awareness in terms of data dissemination, transmission, and access that ultimately empowers the forward-edge soldier with critical Mission Command Systems (MCS) laterally across adjacent units and thru their higher headquarters and to lower Tactical Operations Centers (TOC) by transporting information to include Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Combat Systems, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C5ISR) data.

Job Title:       Program Manager Division:        Logistic Support Services Location:       Global     Applicants must be a US citizen and possess a US DOD Secret level security clearance.      POSITION SUMMARY   Lead and manage geographically dispersed (globally), multi-disciplined, multi-company team of contractors providing vital mission and logistics support functions to US Army THAAD Batteries, an Instructional Division, an Augmentation Team and a logistics Distribution Center. The JBM led team performs contractor logistics support functions and affects required maintenance activities. Duties further include oversight and management of employee travel, training and deployment requirements to perform the scope of TPSC tasks, to include THAAD system maintenance; supply chain management/distribution; and, direct responsibility for meeting all Quality Assurance standards. The JBM TPSC Program Manager will be assigned to the JB Management (JBM) headquarters in Alexandria, VA and will perform associated duties at all customer sites. Regular travel to Huntsville, AL (per the Customer’s direction) and global supported customer site locations is also required.
