Job Title: BUSINESS APPLICATION TRANSFORMATION SPECIALIST - LEVEL 2  

Division:  OPERATIONS & ANALYSIS
Location: FORT MEADE, MD

 


Applicants must be a US citizen and possess a US DOD Active TS/SCI clearance; to be able to obtain successful completion and adjudication of a FULL SCOPE POLY. 

 


POSITION SUMMARY

 

Business Application Transformation Specialist Business Application Transformation Specialist is responsible for providing insight into usage of a specific commercial off the shelf (COTS) product for dynamic enterprise business transformation. Applies this insight to the project with a focus on standardization, consolidation, and “best practices”. Performs a variety of system design, implementation and integration tasks where application subject matter expertise is required. Provides guidance of the application subject matter and provides recommendations to support the Agency’s vision and strategic direction.

 

 

Responsibilities

The Level 2 Business Application Transformation Specialist shall possess the following capabilities:

  • Supports enterprise business transformation including advising on new business processes and information management. Identifies, analyzes, and recommends solutions for technical issues that arise relating to application subject matter. Articulates/white board enterprise business transformation ideas and best practices to all levels of management Applies historical experience and comprehensive application knowledge to provide guidance to the support team Provides requirements analysis and develop implementation strategies. Provides technical guidance in the design and integration of the enterprise application

Qualifications

 

EDUCATION

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Mathematics, Engineering, or a computer-related field.  Six (6) years’ experience in the following:  Implementing and integrating the application subject matter.  Functional development.  Implementing information technology solutions.  Three (3) years’ experience with Case Management, Customer Relationship Management, and Business Process Management.  Two (2) years’ experience in one (1) of the following: PegaSystems PRPC, FEITH’s BridgeLogic Suite, or ServiceNow.

In lieu of a Bachelor’s Degree, an additional four (4) years’ experience in the areas above may be substituted.
